It is entirely a member-run organisation and designed purely to deliver benefits to its menmbers.

Inspire was founded by dentists in practices just like yours. They felt that there was a need for an organisation which was limited to dentists in independant dental practice and which would be designed to offer assistance to those dentists in everyday practice management and compliance issues.

Small dental practices are the very core of our membership so you would be in great company.

Our members are encouraged to fully participate and engage in the process of improving the group but nobody is forced to doing any 'job' they don't feel comfortable doing.

We do have smaller work groups who manage certain aspects of our operation and we would be delighted to welcome new members to these types of roles. It is amazing how much you could learn with very little commitment.
