The Counihan Dental team, led by Principal Dentist Dr. Fiona Counihan, has been a member of Inspire Dental for four years. This partnership benefits our team in many meaningful ways. It provides essential training in CPR, medical emergencies, and manual handling, and ensures that our management team remains fully informed and up to date on regulatory and compliance matters. It also offers valuable support to the practice owner in the day-to-day running of a modern dental practice.

In addition, the programme offers invaluable team-building events featuring exceptional speakers—professionals we would be unlikely to encounter on our own. These events give us the opportunity to discuss the running of the practice in a friendly, informal environment, away from the clinic, our patients, and our hectic schedules. They provide the team with much-needed downtime and create a space where everyone comes together on an equal level, free from the usual workplace hierarchy.
